Nearly all of the DVDs and Videos that we offer for sale on eBay are
brand new. Occasionally we obtain good used DVD and Video stock and we
always check and certify these as being in
"A1"
condition before making them available. We
do not buy and
resell stock from Video Hire Shops. We always mention if the DVD or
Video title is "Brand New" or "A1 Used" on the
auction listing for that particular title, usually directly under the
cover illustration. We have no hesitation in backing
all of our
DVD and Video titles with a *100% Money Back Guarantee. (

we guarantee them) to play on Australian DVD players. They are formatted

Generally speaking all DVDs playback on home computers or laptops provided

We do however advise you to check your manual for verification before you
proceed with purchase of DVDs.

What if my disc won't work?
Quite often the cause of this can be due to discs that have been handled
incorrectly (i.e. fingerprints or scratches on the read surface, discs
forcibly removed from their casing causing cracks etc). It is most unusual
for a disc to be faulty in any way when manufactured. There are rare
instances of faulty batches which usually result in product recalls. It is
therefore imperative that you check for any of these problems before
contacting us. Occasionally discs have been found to be not compatible
with certain DVD players which is why we encourage our customers to
firstly check any problem discs on another brand of player. Failing this
read on for details of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Do you sell DVDs and Videos anywhere other than eBay Auctions?
No, not at the present time. eBay on-line auctions provide a
measure of security for both sellers and buyers and it is a convenient way
to conduct business over the internet. This assists in keeping our
overheads down and this keeps our prices down.

Why are your DVDs and Videos so cheap?
We don't consider our DVDs or Videos to be cheap, we think they
are priced with-in a range that all DVDs and Videos should be priced.
Hollywood studios and distributing companies are making a lot of money
from over-charging on DVDs and Videos! We think it's about time retailers
took a stand and started offering consumers DVDs and Videos at lower
prices.
