Auction Terms & Conditions

By placing a winning auction bid or by using the "Buy Now" option for an item auctioned by the OurAuctionAustralia (the seller), 
you (the buyer) agree to pay the seller the full amount of the closing bid plus the agreed postage/delivery charge, if any.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, and PayMate on-line payment services payment services or via direct debit, money order or bank cheque. 
An email invoice will be sent to the winning bidder (the buyer) by the seller after the close of the auction stating the total amount payable in 
AUD and USD with full details of all our payment options.

Non payment of winning auction bids will be dealt with within the eBay Guidelines (read)

Once payment is received for an auction item either:

The item will be despatched via local postal services to the eBay registered address of the buyer .

All items sent by post will be sent at regular rates for domestic and airmail rates for overseas addresses. 
The seller will NOT be responsible for damage caused by postal services or for any loss or delay, 
unless the buyer has requested and paid for postal insurance.

Regular postage rates charged for a particular item will be as shown on the auction listing page. 
With postage of multiple items the highest postage rate item will be charged in full and all other items charged at AU$2.00 per item.

or the buyer will be sent a download link for on-line delivery
of the auction item/s if they are eBooks or  downloadable software. 

This download link will remain active for 14 days after which time the link will expire and will be no longer available. 
The buyer can request additional download access by emailing the seller using the email address below. 

By accessing the provided download link to take delivery of digital products the seller agrees not to disclose the 
download link to any other person nor allow unauthorized downloading nor download additional copies of the 
software for illegal distribution.  The buyer will be liable for any financial loss suffered by the seller due to the above activities.

OurAuctionsAustralia are the holders of either the copyright or distribution rights to all products that it sells
by auction or on-line sales. Resell and distribution rights for auction items are clearly set out in the auction listing. 
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they abide by these rights as set out.

Bonus Items: Many of our auctions include BONUS ITEMS. These items are added to our auctions because they complement the main 
product in some way or assist buyers in using the main product. These BONUS ITEMS are selected from our large catalogue of freeware, 
licensed shareware and in-house developed products. There is no additional charge included in auction listings for these items 
and they are provided in accordance with our distribution license.

All of our products are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. All requests for refunds must be made in writing (includes emailing) 
with 14 days of the end of the auction. Postage fees both ways are the responsibility of the buyer.  See the bottom of these terms for our addresses. 

All HTML code used by the OurAuctionAustralia for auction listings is copyright and remains our property and must not be used 
without our permission. Severe penalties exist for copyright infringement. (read more)
